OwedifyThis page explains how refunds work when you buy an Owedify kit. It applies to purchases made on owedify.com and through our marketplace partners.
The short version: our kits are instant digital downloads, so we usually cannot offer a refund once a kit has been downloaded. If something is wrong, email us and we will make it right.
Digital downloads
Each kit is delivered instantly as a digital file you download and keep. Once you have downloaded a kit, we are usually unable to offer a refund, because the file cannot be returned. This is standard for digital products, and it is noted at checkout.
When we will make it right
We want you to be able to open and use what you bought. Email hello@owedify.com if:
- the file will not download or will not open,
- you were charged more than once for the same kit,
- you bought the wrong kit by mistake and have not used it, or
- the kit is not what the listing described.
We will repair the problem, send the correct file, or, where it is the right thing to do, issue a refund.
Buying through Etsy
If you bought through Etsy, Etsy's own purchase policies also apply, and you can reach us through Etsy messages. We follow the same approach there.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy takes away any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or state. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honor it.

Email hello@owedify.com with your order number and a short note about the problem. We will reply within a reasonable time.
